Our Methodology

 Apogee believes in the practical application of change management.   


Our methodology stems from a multitude of organizational change management (OCM) best practices and is a result of over twenty-five (25) years of successfully aligning people to a common goal, securing engagement and support throughout the transformation, and ensuring the desired outcome is continuously achieved after the change occurs.


We teach companies that people can be managed successfully, just as projects and programs are managed successfully.  And when you understand the levers to pull, companies can maximize their workforce performance during transformation periods, as well as expedite the ROI from the investment as the workforce excels in the new normal.

Our Approach

First, we work closely with you to understand your unique business need and desired outcome stemming from the identified 'transformation'. 


Second, we adapt our methodology to fit your unique workforce and changes needed to achieve repeatable results for the aforementioned change. 


Third, we deliver one (1) day of training (8 hours) that unifies and aligns business leaders on why people need OCM, the benefit we realize when we proactively manage human capital as part of the program, and deliver for use afterwards a simple set of tools to plan, manage, and execute the change plan as part of the overall transformation.

Apogee Assess

Apogee assessment is conducted in thirty (30) minute discovery sessions, at no charge to you.


Upon completion, the outcome is used to facilitate Apogee Alignment Day; the day of training.


Written assessment discovery / recommendations are available from these sessions, in lieu of the Alignment day, for a fee.

Apogee Align

Apogee alignment is conducted in one (1) eight-hour session; up to 20 attendees. 


The session has three (3) main themes, and when completed, all attendees are armed with the understanding and tools to successfully lead and manage their teams through any transformation as well as reinforce the changes in the new normal.

Apogee Assist

Apogee assistance is our hourly, flexible support model, enabling us to laser focus on your specific paint points and provide assistance where you need it most.


Apogee change management consulting services are available by the hour, by the day, or on retainer.


Clients who complete Apogee Alignment Day receive:

  • Two (2) hours reinforcement change management consulting services, to be used at the clients discretion, with expiry after one calendar 
  • Greatly reduced hourly rate

Kasie helps organizations adapt the fundamentals of change management to effectively facilitate the human behavior shift required to achieve and then maintain productivity levels. 


She is a recognized authority on mobilizing workforces and minimizing the impacts of organizational transformation undertaken when companies work to achieve their growth strategies. Her skill set includes knowledge in business process improvement disciplines [Six Sigma], project and program management methodologies [PMP], change management approaches [Kotter, Lewin-Schein, PwC, Accenture, Deloitte], human behavior profiles [DISC, Myers-Brigg, Maslov’s hierarchy] and possesses Project Management Academy® PMP training certification and PROSCI® change management trainer and practitioner certifications.


Over the last decade + Kasie has 1) developed and delivered numerous change programs for strategic initiatives, 2) designed and integrated change management best practices into core operational teams/processes and, 3) trained resources on change management best practices, processes and tools for CA Technologies, now Broadcom, Inc. 


Her 30+ year career history in the Information Technology and Hospitality industries--- consisting of roles in new business development, staffing and services sales for both direct and indirect routes to market, channel marketing & affiliation management, strategic & field marketing, customer success & advocacy, operations and 10 years of post-merger integration and divestiture management --- gives her a holistic in depth understanding of the customer lifecycle and has solidified her customer-first methodology. 


This comprehensive background, combined with her extensive success in managing the human capital asset, the internal customer, during high-stress times which coincide with major business transformational periods, has ensured Kasie is a sought-after resource and is why she founded Apogee, for people are the constant lever we need to proactively manage to achieve successful change in any industry.
