Over the last decade + Kasie has 1) developed and delivered numerous change programs for strategic initiatives, 2) designed and integrated change management best practices into core operational teams/processes and, 3) trained resources on change management best practices, processes and tools for CA Technologies, now Broadcom, Inc.
Her 30+ year career history in the Information Technology and Hospitality industries--- consisting of roles in new business development, staffing and services sales for both direct and indirect routes to market, channel marketing & affiliation management, strategic & field marketing, customer success & advocacy, operations and 10 years of post-merger integration and divestiture management --- gives her a holistic in depth understanding of the customer lifecycle and has solidified her customer-first methodology.
